I would suggest to call a bmw dealership, and talk to a service advisor. you can give him you vin number, and tell him what you want them to do. he can give the price for it immediately. try few dealerships as some might be cheaper than the others.

It's very common for these valve covers to be installed incorrectly. There's certain spot you have to put a sealant on the valve cover like the half moons and where to timing chain cover meets and also the seals around the bolts need replaced and it's very common for people to break the valve cover causing a leak. I see this all the time when people bring it to a shop that does not specialize in BMW's
