99 Chevy blazer lt 4wd 4.3 had 199998 miles

Okay frist let me say what is new on it its had new
water pump and radiator an coolant temperature
sensor it's also has a new catalytic converter on it
it runs fine with cold start but once it warms up no
acceleration shifts fine when it does but has
trouble getting up to speed. What can it be?
