Log into your account. Click on "My Account" in the drop down at the top right of the page. Then, click on "Edit Listing". Inside there you will see all of the options for your ad. Towards the bottom you will see your pictures listed. Simply upload the picture you want to be your main picture and make sure it is marked as "Cover". Hope this helps, and nice car!
When I downloaded all my pictures it put the engine only to show my car. How do I get back in to work with my pictures. This is the picture I want.
