I bought a car at Texas Motor Club, we got the price by phone, I live in
Miami, I fly to Dallas to see the car, I made a deposit and I would complete
the payment July-11.
And July-15 I received an email from the dealer, saying that the price of the
car had increased. Not respecting the contract and saying that if I did not
accept the new price, I would be at the expense of the expenses I had.
Dishonest company with dishonest owners.
I do not recommend it, even very careful.
They do not deserve to advertise in CARGURUS, which is a respected
website.

Hello Adhemar, did you receive copies of the documents. The manager should of signed off on some of them. Find the bill of sale and double check the fine print.

If you did not pay for the car on time then you probably voided the agreement.
