I crank the key the car does not start but all lights come on counting all lights
in dash.Car starts now all lights in dash are on the shift will not move out of
park. its reading take to workshop ABS system

this is certainly not a ABS problem, If your car is starting and you cant shift out of park there must be a shift interlock problem
