2000 cavalier wont start after replacing the cluster

car run fine i am replacing the dash so i wanted to see if another cluster would work one with a tac so i replaced  it  car started and ran fine tac worked all good but the next time i tried to start it sounds like the fuel pump is not coming on

You may want to check but on some, the instrument cluster need to be programmed to your vehicle.

believe it or not the fuel pump decided to quit right after i changed out the cluster i changed the pump runs fine
