2002 3500 dually with 213k just had the out of tank fuel pump system put in starts great, BUT i have no power or acceleration from start to 10 & rpm's are way to high at 55mph, shifting problem??

doesnt run at all like it did after the( after market pump) was put on. did the shop forget to hook something back up? is it a possible relay?? i have just dropped a ton of money in the front end with ball joints,and all new parts inbetween the tires, only thing i didnt have to replace was the yokes and the shafts on the dana60.

THE truck has no power from the start till it gets up to about 10mph, and the rpm's are pegging 2800 at 60mph, is it a shifting problem?
