Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Had to switch the censor out from the new rear end to the old for the
censor to fit but after re-assybling my speedometer reads around
25 mph when I'm doing 55, if I let off the throttle it reads normal like
its backwards, how can I fix this?

you might have to use the sensor that came with the diff and switch out the connector ...the tone wheels may be different and have a different gap or less teeth ....//The ABS module receives the signal from the sensor and the calculates it into MPH and then sends it to the PCM...// the only other thing is did you get the correct gear ratio ...do you know what year the vehicle the diff came out of??
