I will drive for 15-20 min.then the car will completely die. I'll wait 15-20min. And the car will restart. What could be the problem?

I was told It could possibly be the fuel
pump but i can hear it engage when i
turn the key on. The motor I  the car
was traded out for a 96 Acura GSR
motor

Ignition module or coil is getting hot then shutting down then starts back up when it has cooled down.
