I have a 99 f250 super duty 7.3 that makes a
hiccup when I lay down on the throttle. Does it only
from time to time sometimes more than others.
Could that be my blow off valve how do you check?
Mayhaps compression issue truck did sit for a few
months.

Fuel filter is brand new going to change the tank out yet. How would I check fuel pressure?
