Dash or electrical

Need help. I have a 2006 f150 I was driving one
day and it made a beeb all my gauges went dead
then came back on. By the time I got home all my
dash lights are on the wrench light battery light abs  
light engine light brake light and my speedometer
and temperature gauges not working. And on the
odometer reading it says check gauges. I changed
the battery and alternator and no luck fixing the
problem. Any advice would be great.

If a ground connection is loose you may experience this problem. There are other factors that can cause it too.
