Question type: Maintenance & Repair

we have put a new pcv and fixed all vaccum hose but have noticed oil in the air filter.. what do we need to do ?

1 Answer

If you put a new air filter in since you noticed oil on it, and that is indeed probably the cause of oil in it to begin with, (The PCV) try just giving it some time. It should go out. Unless i don't understand your question, you put a new pcv valve in and THEN found oil on filter....? In that case put in new filter, then give it 50 miles or so. Then should be all well
