Car Gurus IMV

Asked by Brad Nov 20, 2019 at 09:32 AM about the 2002 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Supercharged Crew Cab SB

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I recently listed my truck on Car Gurus. So far the Car Gurus IMV has changed
at least 3 times, and its only been 10 days. Earlier this week I dropped the price
$400 to get my listing below their IMV, now 2 days later it's saying my truck's
IMV is over $500 above. I don't understand how or why the IMV fluctuates so
much so fast...

The IMV is simply an average of similar cars for sale in your area and it will go up and down as other cars are sold or put on the market.

Thanks for the answer. Trying to put a fair price on my truck. Frustrated that the IMV has dropped $1000 to just 10 days.
