2201 f 150 won't start

Bought new battery, n has the power, but won't start. Odom n theft light always on. How
do u reset the computer

odom and theft light always being on means the alarm is activated and needs to be deactivated so that the car can turn on. To reset the computer use and obd scanner to reset, or clear codes or disconnect the battery for about 5 mins and that should reset the computer.
