i have a 2001 ford f 150 extended cab both rear doors are stuck how do I get them open to replace latch cable?

I have a 2001 ford extended cab , no outside handles , both doors are stuck. How do I get
doors open to remove door panels ? So I can check or replace door latch cables?

I have the same problem but links you put are down!
If you are cutting and pasting the links look for spaces in the link after you paste them. Delete any spaces found in the links and they should work. If not let me know and I will pm some to you. In the last link the space is between (? v). Should be (?v)
