2000 f150 Interchangable motors

So i have a 2000 f150 tht has a spun bearing.  Does anyone
know what other ford motors will work as a direct bolt up.  I
know some ecoline motors will but curious to know if th
exploror, exploror sport trac, freestyle, or any others will
work. It has the 4.2L V6.

Try to get another 4.2 from a 2000 F150. The Explorers never came with the 4.2.
