1990 f150 bone stock 302 needing supercharger

What all would i need to do to supercharge my
bone stock 302 f150. Its on speed density and
most the emissions programing and hardware is
gone or shut off. Would i need to make any internal
changes?

You should do a complete overhaul with verified supercharger parts like Pistons, rings, rods, bearings, crankshaft, camshaft, head gaskets, redo the heads for better flow, that is what you should do. But your probably just going to slap on a Paxton charger and run it till something blows.
