When I start the car it crank only 2 times and then it stops

Help in trouble
My car F350 Super Duty 6.l 2003 is causing me headaches, I have not been able to find fault in the starter. When I start the car it crank only 2 times and then it stops.( no strange sound)                       But sometimes he  crank normal when I go to work but not when I'm on my way home or shopping for a short time.( 2 New Batterys ,12,7 v)  Now I can not trust the car anymore. Can anyone help me in this matter, I would be very grateful.

I would replace the starter. Have put many on with similar issues.

Lots of these starters get bad connections on the solinoids. Shotty sodering at the small conection and the piece that goes around the outside edge of the solinoid. Can Cause intermitient starting/ not start issue. If that is good, replace relay in power/ fuse box. If it goes farther than that, it might be in the ignition switch, not shure if the 2003 still ran with a GEM or not on the 6.0's. But check starter solinoid first, seen lots of problems fixed with just a little better soddering.
