I'm in a deal now to buy a car from someone I made a offer
they accepted it  haven't heard back yet I'm ready to move
forward with the deal. I've hit the seller but they haven't
responded to my inquiries what's the next step?

What for them to get back to you. If they haven't, then it is time to move on.
