2001 benz s430 how do i disconnect warning dinger

instument panel flshing release emergency brake. It is released and the
warning dingger goes off in foreward and reverse.

The emergency brake switch is probably stuck. Try to locate it and pull out the button on the switch. Maybe spray a small amount of WD-40 on the post of the switch to prevent it from sticking.
