Car over heating an DC blowing hot air threw ac

What is causing it to over heat and blow hot air from ac.
But once I start driving the ac gets cool but it's still driving
hot as usual

Check your bottle that feeds the radiator. Make sure that it is full. Either that or you need to bleed it and get the air out of the system.
