2005 tundra

You're going to paint this yourself??? Unless you have a spray booth, the proper equipment and know EXACTLY what you are doing, the results might look worse than skipping the whole thing and not painting it. Several years ago I my car painted by Earl Schieb. NO, it's not the same company that famously said, I'll paint any car for $39.95.... The name got bought out by some local independent paint shops and they offer specials all the time. Car looked like brand new after they finished the job. If you bring it to a professional, they can remove the fender extensions and finish off the details perfectly. If you intend to keep the car, I would bring it to a professional like this or there's others like Carcoa. If you were just interested in selling the car and making it look nicer, it's worth doing a paint job at all. The most important thing is that your car runs great, a new paint job won't help this at all. BUT,. anyone who has their cars repainted probably had a lot of mechanical work done as well.. My old 1995 Honda Accord sold for $3,000 three years ago with almost 150,000 miles... Car looked beautiful and it was in tip top condition. Finally, we personally know someone who went 550,000 miles on his Toyota Tundra...if I were you, I'd keep your vehicle.
