How do you install a power steeing pump bracket into a 1990 Toyota Tercel with a 3-E motor

Hi Chloe. You are going to need a full guide to that procedure so you really should have a Chilton's for your Tercel by your side. Here's a link to your Chilton's on Amazon.com. If you prefer you can try your local library where you could get lucky and get your procedure for the price of a couple of 25-cent copies. You can also try your local book store or parts place.
