Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the abs light keeps coming on and the service traction system light comes on.plus the trac off button does not work andsays the trac is off.car seems to feel like its driving with the brakes on.replaced brakes about 6 months ago.they were fine .also my cluster has all but stoped working.also car overheats alot.replaced thermostat, water pump, flushed radiater, new hoses, also car shakes a little, has new tires, just started resently.also the heater would really only work when i was giving the car gas, replaced the heater core ,and it still kinda does the same thing.

one of the wheel sensors is triggering the light. tenspeed told me about these. Check the connections to the cluster, may be just a stupid plastic connector what's causing all the fuss-

Definitely not the cluster, its your wheel bearing going bad and the gap between the sensor and tooth ring are getting too far apart. Does the pedal occasionally vibrate when coming to a stop also?

Speed sensor is bad on one of the wheels. I had my engine totally rebuilt due to other issues but this was the issue I was having prior to the engine issues fixed my drivers side speed sensor and havemt had the issue since.

Could and lite be coming in cuz when I take off there is hesitation with trans going from 1st to second gear and if to much gas is used it slams into 2nd gear

My traction control light and abs light kept coming on.The computer kept saying it was wheel bearing so I replaced wheel bearings twice, but to no avail. Finally, I insisted that my mechanic check the wire harness, thankfully that was it... no problems since.. should be about 200 dollars.. good luck

The same lights are lit up on my 02 Impala. Along with that my cruise control quit working. Was working perfect prior to lights coming on. Is something any of you have experienced?? Does it come back after replacing the hub??? TIA
