Engine starting problem

The engine can't start at morning when you
put a fluid in intake manifold it runs
automatically when you leave the car for
2hours it needs fluid for starting.if start at
morning with fluid it starts whole a day
freely. So what is the problem?

Check fuel pump pressure. Look on YouTube how to do it
