TLC? Never heard it called that. Did you have a question?

I am test driving a 1999 land cruiser. It has 184200 on it. Everything seems to work great. I had it inspected by Firestone and they say it needs a new front wheel bearing and 4 new tires but other than that it is in perfect working order. I have tested the 4wd h and l which are perfect. The leather is in great shape for the age. What is a reasonable price?

Being only a general admirer of TLCs and not an owner, I didn't know if the 99 was one of the sought-after ones folks put lifts and 33" BFG tires and ARB bumpers on. If so, I'll buy this one and invest a little time, money and love into it.
