04 Camry dies in a slow right hand turn idle is
fine???
Sounds like a power steering problem to me maybe the rack witch is a pain to change the idle should rise slightly when turned all the way to lock im not a mechanic but thats where I'd be looking
check the power steering pump fluid and associated pulley and belt.
