Watch the oil like a hawk, at this point if the engine overheats or runs low on oil even once that may be that. Has the timing chain been replaced at it's service interval? The timing chain and head gaskets are usually the first things to go on an engine. Along with checking the oil, make sure your cooling system is working, at this many miles check for a worn water pump.
