if a 2000 year toyato Camry  make a rattle noise
when it crank and hit the gas and it don't let me go
fast but when i press the brake or stop it cut off
What's wrong

Indeed...a noise as you describe on the crank is not a good sign. Check the Engine/Trans oil levels. Feel/smell the oil. Do you smell Gas? Does the oil feel gritty? What color is the Engine oil? You might have a Starter Motor malfunction whereby the "Drive Mechanism" is coming apart. A compression test of all engine cylinders is where I would start the diagnosis. Let us know any progress you make with this issue.
