Electrical power loss

My 1998 Camry has lost all electrical power. The battery is fully charged. I drove home from work. Stopped at a store. Came out and put the key in the ignition. All the lights came on when I turned the key to start everything went dead. No lights no door locks

The first thing to check would be your fuse box, in particular the 100 amp mega fuse. Check Youtube or Google for its location or a how to on replacing it.
