Car won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Sending unit went out so I wired around it back into
the wiring harness ran great for a few months then
lost power threw wiring harness so I direct wired it
to the battery with a toggle ran great for about 4
months. Drove it this morning ran fine got home
parked it now it won't start at all I have fire and fuel
all electrical works but it won't start lines are not
clogged it's getting fuel to the motor it just turns
over and won't start I also tried a small amount of
starting fluid and it started for a sec

perhaps the fuel delivery system is faulty. Fuel pressure ......fuel filter check?
