93 toyota camry was runnung great yesterday parked overnight and it wont start this morning. Has full battery power no noise or anything when trying to start

Te1 e 1. Paper lip togeather dia box put key on ass and read code on lights on dash Two blinks then stop three more code 23 Let us know

Sounds like you have main fuse blown black fuse in engine fuse box Did someone jump start lately .sounds like blown main fuse
