You may have a broken timing belt. Pull a plug and put a compression gauge in the plug hole. Have someone crank it over and see if you get any compression reading. If no compression, the timing belt has broken. If you don't have a compression gauge, just pull the plug and jam a wine cork in the hole. When someone hits the key, it should blow the cork out. You won't be able to get a compression reading, but you will know if the pistons are moving if the cork blows out. Keep us posted.
