Why my toyota avalon xl 1996 will go into reverse but when put in drive, it will not pull of like its in neutral. put a tss on it and still have the same problem. any suggestions

Put a TSS on 1996 toyota avalon xl thinking it would solve my problem for the
car but it still doesn't pull off in drive but will go into reverse

But yes I can manually move it into low 1 then 2 and then drive it just doesn't want to pull off in drive gear
