Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Toyota 4runner limited edition 4x2 and I
just changed plug wires and plugs, changed a coil
still losing power when trying to accelerate...after I
get on a stretch it straightens out until I get going
up a hill...any suggestions what to try next? The
motor has 170,000 miles

Could be a dirty air filter, TPS, malfunctioning fuel pump, or O2 sensors. If there's a check engine light on, you can have it scanned with an OBD to narrow down what the problem is.
