Hey guys I got a question I have a 92 four runner V6 four-wheel-drive 30 what is this right here I'm pointing it it is making a lot of noise. What is this part called?

Looks like the EGR valve, but I'm no Toyota tech. The bottom hose runs to the EGR cooler and top one runs to the BVSV (Bimetal Vacuum Switching Valve)... should have the EGR vacuum modulator nearby. It clearly is a vacuum related part, if it's making noise may have a leak, simplest thing to do may be to pull the part and run it past the parts counter clerk for a replacement.
