Trying to figure out if a 3600 Chevy impala 2006 transmission will fit a 3900 motor same yearcar

I have a 2006 Chevy Impala with a good
tranny in it with a 3500 motor in it I was
trying to figure out if I can take the   
Transmission  out of and put it to a 2006
impala with  3900 motor
