rear lights flash on and off rhythmically even when car is off and key is removed.

the clock light and dashbord light flash on and off at the same time and there is a tick tick  
sound as they blink on and off like the blinker is on ( but its not and the hazard light on
top of steering column is off too)

solved it by pressing toggle wire button( in hood release area) then while holding button in, insert key and turn on, leave for a few seconds lights will flash, doors lock and unlock automatically then BAM problem solved. Its a hidden reset button!
