Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I turn the key over and all power is lost. Starter has been rebuilt and replaced. Ignition module has been replaced. Battery has been replaced. Fuses have been checked.

May also be a dead short in the starter and when you turn the ignition all power is shunted to ground until you stop turning the key.
