Yes Jim, very helpful, thank you! I did fail to mention that the one regular working key was a plain flat metal key. Made by Ilco # p1113 - B102. My car has only one key entry lock outside on driver side door tho.

So I ordered an Fob key off internet, followed instructions and got nothing. Turns out the instructions calls for listening for beeps and chimes when on my car it was a blinking seat belt light, also being very quick with the account. on, off, on. Did it, and is working great! Thanks again for the help...
