brake lights turn signals tail lights wont work

My rear brakes are
out on 2000 Gtp is
this why i dont have
brake lights, tail
lights, or turn
signals?

No, the brake system and the electrical system which includes your lights and signals are two totally unrelated systems. It sounds like you have two separate issues wrong with your car.
