I have a Pontiac Grand am

Asked by Shannon Jun 03, 2019 at 08:28 AM about the 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My carit's not staying on I tried a fuel pump
alternator and a starter now someone's telling me
it's a security problem and I need to know the key
how will I go about instead of letting people just
come take my money in the car still not working

I don't have a grand am. I have a 1992 Bonneville but my great grandma has a 1985 Grand Am. From what I've heard the Bonneville has lot better of an option. My Bonneville's at 155,302 miles and has needed a transmission. My great grandmas is at around 90,000 miles and has needed 4 transmissions. I think it has the 2.3 I4 because those are notorious for problems.
