1999 Pontiac Grand Am, Wipers will not work

I do not know what happened. My wipers
worked one day then go turn them to wipe off
remainder of snow and they stopped working. I
had to manually pushed the down because
they stopped in mid way. Is it the fuse? The
motor? How can I get this fixed?

You can see if the fuse is blown if not I would think the motor needs to be changed.
