I have a 2000 Lincoln Town car that I need
to salvage parts or get parts car for.  I know
mechanical/ suspension  compatibility
yrs will be  different than electrical/interior
and body compatibility.My question is what
years are compatible?

Depends on what parts you are needing. Also don't expect many answers here regarding interchangeability as parts compatibility can be very difficult to accurately nail down.
