clicking sound on passenger side

What can be the cause of this clicking sound on passenger side, may be
coming from under the floorboard?

It is the the mechanism which controls the air duct flow from the foot level and dash level.

Ed is right my truck does the same thing but I have to take the entire dash out to fix it so I either put it on cool or turn the radio up.
