My wife help somebody to jump battery...and now her car don't run..

She told me they connect cables wrong,
then they realize it was wrong and they
changed but know her car don't run when

Not good - sounds like they caused something to short out when they mucked up the jump start - I'd say have a professional take a look at it - Lexus is a fine automobile and they don't have failures very often
