Stalls after starting

My 1998 ES 300 starts, idles rough
and stalls. I have to give it gas to
keep it running. I replaced the battery
and the spark plugs. Any ideas as to
the problem?

try a new IAC valve , clean the port of any crap too , , of course things should be tested before replacing . Spray some carb cleaner down the throttle first who knows it may help .
