Jeep wj start up rattle noise from underneath

I have a 02 jeep wj 4.7 and on start ups it
makes a weird rattling noise from
underneath near the transmission and
transfer case, noise is worse and louder
when cold out. Also does it when
restarting the car. Has made this sound
for awhile.  video of the sound is attached
