Fuel problem

I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0L. I was told
it needed a fuel pump so I replaced that and it
started then a few minutes later cut off like it was
out of gas so I changed the lines and filter still
same problem so I worked my way up to the motor
cleaned out the injectors, fuel rail, and new o-ring
still the same thing but any idea's??

You have covered most everything fuel related. Check your fuel pressure on the fuel rail. The fuel regulator is part of the fuel filter on this model so that's been replaced with the filter. If pressure is about 55psi, then maybe it's not a fuel problem. Hmmm.
