None of the rear lights on the left side only doesn't work.

The left brake, turn signal or the backup lights work on the my 2000 jeep
grand Cherokee doesn't work, I have checked all the bulbs and they are good
and the left turn signal work in the front of the car does work, but it blinks very
fast. Does this sound like a connection issue?

The blink fast is a sign something is wrong. Check all bulbs all the way around and then wires, relays, flasher unit, ect fuses
